Here's the fine print...
Clear Future Markerboards warrants that the products manufactured and supplied have been furnished in accordance with the Customer’s Purchase Order and authorized modifications thereto. Clear Future further warrants for 5 years from the original acceptance the workmanship, under normal conditions of use shall perform in accordance with said documents and modifications.
The manufacturer's obligation under this limited warranty is limited and at its option, Clear Future
may refund the purchase price thereof with due allowance made for the service rendered by such
products. All products are sold and warranted only pursuant to our published terms and
conditions for sale. Except as expressly provided in our published statement, we make no
warranty, express or implied of any kind, including without limitations, warranties of
merchantability or fitness. We are not responsible to the user for any consequential, incidental, or
special damages resulting from product use, manner of installation or processing. This limited warranty is from the date of Substantial Completion of the project. Should any modifications be made to our product's by other trades with or without our consent or prior knowledge in writing voids any obligation to
warranty.

Here again, the "fine" print...
A return authorization confirmation must be obtained from Clear Future's Customer Service team before items can be returned and credit issued. Return confirmations are valid 30 days from the date of issue. Return confirmations will not be issued for merchandise after 60 days from the date of invoice. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and must be returned freight prepaid and in re-sale-able condition. Collect shipments will be refused. No credit will be issued for abused or customer damaged merchandise.
